Pat Woodall, Deer Dancers

A black and white monoprint of the Deer Dance held at Taos Pueblo, Taos NM usually at the Christmas Day dances, is the subject. Men dance in the foreground wearing deer headdresses. A bonfire is at the mid ground right. The pueblo walls and indications of people watching are at the midground. The mountains in white are mysterious at the background.
